K-12 SCHOOL LICENSE
A School License provides accounts for student and educators in one school building on our secure Ed.VoiceThread network. The School License runs for one calendar year and includes:
- Accounts for all students and teachers at a school
- Google Apps Integration
- Ability to create student accounts without valid email addresses
- Simple manager tool to create student accounts and classes
- Edit access to all student work
- Custom homepage to showcase student work
- Create groups to organize and simplify sharing

Ed.VoiceThread is a signatory of the Student Privacy Pledge.
Accountability and transparency. Students working within Ed.VoiceThread are protected by student-centered policies that ensure a safe and supportive environment:
- Students cannot private message other students.
- All student work is transparent to administrators and faculty within the school or district.
- Student accounts can only interact with users that educators and administrators approve.
Custom tailored policies. Administrators can set global and individualized policies for students, enabling them to either restrict or give more freedom and autonomy, as age and local school policy dictates.
Reporting and analytics. Track usage and trends for individual users or your entire institution.
