LMS (LTI) troubleshooting
If you see an error message when you click on a VoiceThread LTI link in your learning management system (LMS), the best first step is to have your LMS administrator verify that everything has been configured correctly. Please also make sure that the link has been added to the course correctly. Instructions for setting up VoiceThread’s LTI integration and placing links in courses can be found here.
It’s also a good idea to make sure that your web browser accepts third-party cookies from VoiceThread, and then try again to click on the link.
